The Office of Multicultural Student Services, the College of Sciences, and the College of Engineering and Architecture designed, and are currently implementing, the TEAM MENTORING PROGRAM. Increase students' connection to the college, the success in their chosen majors, and ultimate graduation with a degree in the sciences or engineering is the goal of the program.

The team of Mentors is made up of both faculty and students who contact and develop the mentoring relationship with students selected to be part of the program. Mentees will be provided with information about internship, research, and/or other scholarly opportunities. Their engagement with the Team Mentoring Program will help them make connections for a successful college experience!
